This role is instrumental in implementing and maintaining Sodexo’s programs, systems, and procedures tailored specifically for educational institutions, supported by specialized culinary and training teams. As a Food Operations Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring that all food service operations uphold the highest standards, meeting both Sodexo’s internal criteria as well as National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and USDA requirements.

Job Requirements
- valid driver's license required
- minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum management experience - 2 years
- minimum functional experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- demonstrate professional communication skills
- ability to prioritize tasks
- exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Job Qualifications
