This position offers a unique blend of operational leadership, team development, and collaborative problem-solving within the healthcare food service industry. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to motivate and mentor staff, drive operational and financial targets, and sustain an environment of excellence in food service quality and patient-centered care. Typical working hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with rotating weekend coverage, reflecting the dynamic nature of healthcare operations.
