Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum two years management experience
- minimum two years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
- high-end full-service catering management experience
- strong employee engagement leadership skills
- ability to work collaboratively
- passion for high level customer service
- professional communication skills
- expertise in prioritizing tasks and flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
- extensive formal training in catering services
- focus on food quality and presentation
- previous success managing a university campus account
- technical competence in financial management, pricing, menu development, training, and development of frontline hourly employees
- exceptional time management skills
