Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Possession of all mandatory documents required by state and federal regulations
Willingness to work rotational schedules including weekends and holidays
Ability to manage and lead team in a fast-paced environment
Capable of resolving challenges and making effective decisions
Outcome-focused and dedicated to customer satisfaction
Knowledge about food safety rules and protocols

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year experience as a Food Operations Manager or similar role
Experience in high-volume QSR or fast-casual concepts preferred
Effective leadership and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with team members and customers
Skills in cash management and financial statement analysis preferred
PC operation skills advantageous

Job Duties

Organize and oversee all restaurant operations for a shift, ensuring efficient and effective management from start to finish
Develop, mentor, and train personnel to enhance team performance
Build a pleasant and welcoming ambiance for both work and dining settings
Stay alert and strengthen the enforcement of food safety procedures throughout the shift
Reach store sales and profit goals by streamlining operational processes and procedures
Adhere to the QSC requirements to ensure that standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are upheld
Secure the well-being of Wendy's brand and valuables
