Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Possession of all mandatory documents required by state and federal regulations
- Willingness to work rotational schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to manage and lead team in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of resolving challenges and making effective decisions
- Outcome-focused and dedicated to customer satisfaction
- Knowledge about food safety rules and protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience as a Food Operations Manager or similar role
- Experience in high-volume QSR or fast-casual concepts preferred
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with team members and customers
- Skills in cash management and financial statement analysis preferred
- PC operation skills advantageous
Job Duties
- Organize and oversee all restaurant operations for a shift, ensuring efficient and effective management from start to finish
- Develop, mentor, and train personnel to enhance team performance
- Build a pleasant and welcoming ambiance for both work and dining settings
- Stay alert and strengthen the enforcement of food safety procedures throughout the shift
- Reach store sales and profit goals by streamlining operational processes and procedures
- Adhere to the QSC requirements to ensure that standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are upheld
- Secure the well-being of Wendy's brand and valuables
