Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Possession of all mandatory documents required by state and federal regulations
  • Willingness to work rotational schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to manage and lead team in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of resolving challenges and making effective decisions
  • Outcome-focused and dedicated to customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge about food safety rules and protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience as a Food Operations Manager or similar role
  • Experience in high-volume QSR or fast-casual concepts preferred
  • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with team members and customers
  • Skills in cash management and financial statement analysis preferred
  • PC operation skills advantageous

Job Duties

  • Organize and oversee all restaurant operations for a shift, ensuring efficient and effective management from start to finish
  • Develop, mentor, and train personnel to enhance team performance
  • Build a pleasant and welcoming ambiance for both work and dining settings
  • Stay alert and strengthen the enforcement of food safety procedures throughout the shift
  • Reach store sales and profit goals by streamlining operational processes and procedures
  • Adhere to the QSC requirements to ensure that standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are upheld
  • Secure the well-being of Wendy's brand and valuables
