Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- able to complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- willingness to comply with company policies including drug-free workplace regulations
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- basic math skills for inventory and labeling
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food preparation or retail food service preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain quality control
- effective communication and teamwork skills
- comfortable using technology and digital tools for work
- willing to adapt to changing work scenarios and schedules
Job Duties
- Prepare food according to item specifications
- ensure shelves are clean and maintain temperature control
- verify expiration dates and dispose of lesser-quality products
- wrap, label, and store merchandise properly
- maintain a clean and sanitized member-ready area
- handle claims and returns according to company policies
- utilize digital tools for production and inventory management
