Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Experience in fresh food preparation or retail food service
- Food service or food handler certification preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Job Duties
- Preparing fresh food items daily according to recipes
- Preparing and serving warm rotisserie chicken
- Wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure freshness
- Maintaining clean and sanitized work and sales areas
- Monitoring shelf conditions, temperature control, and expiration dates
- Collaborating with team members and cross-functional teams
- Utilizing digital tools for production, training, and quality management
