  • Manage area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control standards
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready sales floor
  • Handle claims, returns, zoning, merchandise organization, and identify shrink and damages
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers according to company policies
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Participate in training and complete job-required assessments
