Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent applied knowledge
  • At least four years of relevant experience in the food industry
  • 1-3 years of managerial experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing
  • Proven ability to maintain client and customer relationships
  • Familiarity with Aramark’s service standards and operational excellence practices

Job Duties

  • Confirm that the food services adhere to the Executional Plan

  • Maintain safety and sanitation regulations across all activities

  • Confirm the frequent generation and oversight of P&L reports

  • Administer resource management practices to ensure quality assurance and cost control in accordance with budget guidelines
  • Carry out and maintain Aramark’s plan for labor and food programs
  • Drive value creation through operational effectiveness, cost controls, and profit supervision
  • Ensure complete alignment with Operational Excellence fundamentals, including best practices for food service management and labor utilization
  • Direct and supervise activities related to the production, distribution, and food service industry
  • Guarantee the well-being and safety of clients, customers, and employees through the maintenance of a secure and healthy environment
  • Follow all relevant policies, rules, and regulations, notably those relating to safety, health, and hourly wage requirements
  • Establish and perpetuate mechanisms and strategies for the acquisition, delivery, maintenance, cooking, serving, and menu design of foodstuffs
  • Produce operational component forecasts and explain any variances
  • Oversee accounting functions associated with these components
  • Inspect and confirm that adequate sanitation and safety measures are in place in the relevant areas
  • Provide leadership and direction to unit personnel in coordinating production tasks, implementing merchandising plans, maintaining quality assurance, controlling costs, overseeing labor activities, and facilitating employee training exercises
  • Onboard, employ, train, and uphold front-line employees
  • Carry out scheduled inventory inventories
  • Ensure record maintenance aligns with expectations set by Aramark, government directives, and accrediting standards
  • Collaborate with client representatives and cultivate meaningful client and customer rapport at all levels within the client corporation
  • Participate in sales processes and negotiations regarding contracts
  • Explore opportunities to implement innovative products and services that support sales growth and client retention
  • Administer the front-of-house functions within the dining operation
  • Establish and implement food service initiatives consistent with the client's goals and beliefs, incorporating eco-conscious approaches
