As a Food Lead Worker at Sodexo, you will play a vital role in driving the success of food operations on client premises by leading a motivated team and delivering exceptional service. This part-time position offers a pay rate of $18.75 per hour and scheduled workdays limited to weekdays only, with specific shifts discussed during the interview process. The role is essential to maintaining an inviting and efficient food service environment while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

In this role, you will coordinate daily activities for workers and service employees in food operations, assisting with both supervisory and hands-on tasks. Job Duties

  • May work in any type of food location on client premises and under the leadership of on-site management and/or supervisors
  • Coordinates the activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services
  • Performs day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties
  • Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
