Located at UC Health Long's Peak Hospital, Sodexo is currently seeking a Food Lead Worker to join their team. This full-time position offers an hourly pay range of $21.25 to $23.80 and involves working afternoon to evening shifts on varying days, with specifics provided during the interview process. In this role, the Food Lead Worker plays a key part in the preparation and serving of vibrant and varied menus, ensuring a safe and pleasant working environment throughout the food service facility. More than just a food handler, this role requires a team-oriented individual who motivates others with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

The Food Lead Worker’s responsibilities include coordinating food service operations and supporting service employees under on-site management supervision. The individual will engage in day-to-day food preparation tasks alongside supervisory duties to maintain high standards in quality and service. Addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly are critical components of the role, ensuring customer satisfaction and a welcoming dining experience. The position also demands reliability, punctual attendance for scheduled shifts, and flexibility as duties may vary depending on client and business exigencies.
