This full-time Food Lead Worker opportunity within the Aurora East School District 131, a community-focused educational setting, involves weekday morning and afternoon or evening shifts, with detailed scheduling provided during the interview process. The pay rate for this role is $17.75 per hour.

As a Food Lead Worker at Sodexo, this role is much more than preparing and serving food; it is about leading by example and fostering a positive environment within the food service team. Job Duties

  • May work in any type of food location on client premises and under the leadership of on-site management and/or supervisors
  • Coordinates the activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services
  • Performs day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties
  • Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
