The Food Lead Worker role at SodexoMagic offers a fulfilling full-time position located at the Delta Sky Club in Atlanta. This position pays a competitive hourly rate of $23.00 and requires flexibility with shift availability to meet operational needs. The Food Lead Worker plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of food operations within client premises, working closely under the direction of on-site management and supervisors. This role involves not only performing food service tasks but also coordinating and motivating team members to deliver vibrant, high-quality menus and superior customer service.

In this role, the Food Lead Worker acts as both a hands-on contributor and a team leader who fosters a positive, safe, and efficient working environment. Responsibilities include overseeing staff activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and handling customer interactions to guarantee satisfaction.
