Crew Members play an essential role in maintaining cleanliness throughout the space, including continuously clearing and resetting tables, managing waste and recycling stations, and performing general upkeep to create an inviting environment. They also provide support to vendor partners as needed, answer guest inquiries, and assist with various day-to-day operational activities under the direction of the Food Hall General Manager. Emphasis is placed on ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of sanitation and safety, adhering to health and state regulations, and complying with guidelines established by Ithaka Hospitality Partners.
This role demands individuals who can multitask efficiently, stay calm under pressure, and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills. Crew members must be comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment with continuous guest interaction. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required to meet the food hall’s operational needs.

Job Duties
- Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to all guests in the food hall
- assist guests with seating, directional questions, accessibility needs, and general inquiries
- offer proactive hospitality by anticipating guest needs
- maintain the cleanliness of all dining and common areas, including wiping tables, resetting seating, managing trash and recycling stations, and ensuring walkways remain clean and safe
- perform continuous walkthroughs to remove debris, trays, and clutter
- support dishwashing, bussing, and general cleaning duties as required
- replenish supplies such as napkins, flatware, cups, cleaning products, and guest-facing amenities
