The role of Porter at One Social Food Hall is essential to the smooth operation and overall guest experience. Often described as behind-the-scenes heroes, porters ensure that shared spaces such as dining areas, walkways, and service stations remain impeccably clean, safe, and inviting. This role supports managers and team members by maintaining a spotless environment, which is key to making positive first impressions for guests. A Porter’s work not only keeps the facility running efficiently but also helps set the tone for an exceptional dining experience that reflects the hospitality values of One Social.

This full-time and part-time opportunity welcomes individuals eager to contribute to Madison’s premier waterfront food hall launch. Candidates will play a crucial part in creating an environment that is neat, orderly, and enjoyable, helping to reinforce One Social’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. The position also offers an attractive benefits package that includes paid time off starting immediately, comprehensive medical and dental coverage for full-time employees, flexible schedules to support work-life balance, meal benefits and discounts, holiday pay, ongoing professional advancement opportunities, life insurance, and 401(k) retirement plans.

By joining the team at One Social Food Hall, you become an integral part of a growing and innovative hospitality venture. You’ll be working in a vibrant, scenic setting that combines the best elements of community, culture, and cuisine. If you are someone who values cleanliness, teamwork, and great customer service, this role will offer you the chance to thrive while helping to launch one of Madison’s most exciting new culinary experiences.
