Job Requirements
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s certification
- Certification must be obtained by first day or as required by location
- Previous experience preferred
- Open to varied work schedules and hours
- Must be able to stand for several hours
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at various heights
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds
- Ability to serve guests with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to have fun
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties
- Verify tickets to food orders and check modifications for accuracy
- Record and communicate ticket times to maintain kitchen and service flow
- Involve management with allergy or complex orders to ensure guest safety
- Portion salsas and other items according to prep sheets and label food properly
- Set up and maintain stations with appropriate backups
- Clean and organize the kitchen and workstations
- Prepare chips and dips in order to maintain freshness and quality
