Job Requirements
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s certification
- Certification(s) must be obtained by the first day or within the timeline required by the location
- Previous experience preferred
- Open to varied work schedules and hours based on restaurant needs
- Must be able to stand for several hours
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Ability to serve guests’ needs with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to have fun
Job Qualifications
- Food Handler’s certification meeting state and local requirements
- Certification must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- Previous experience preferred

Job Duties
- Verify tickets to food orders
- Double-check order modifications
- Ensure all dishes meet quality standards
- Record and communicate ticket times
- Involve a manager for allergy or complex orders
- Portion salsas on sheet pans and record yields
- Properly label, date, and fill pans
- Set up stations according to the diagram with backups
- Break down and clean stations for next shift
- Restock stations as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and stations
- Detail kitchen equipment daily
- Perform line sweeps to keep work environment tidy
- Prepare chips and dips according to ticket order
