This establishment prides itself on its commitment to quality, efficient service, and adherence to health and safety standards across all operations. The business runs full-time shifts from Tuesday to Sunday, covering both lunch and dinner periods through split shifts depending on business needs. The Food Expeditor will collaborate closely with chefs, cooks, and servers, fostering a smooth operational flow and a positive working atmosphere. Additionally, the role demands adherence to health and safety rules including proper hygiene practices and wearing personal protective equipment as required by company policies.

Candidates for this role are expected to successfully complete a restaurant training course and have prior experience as a food expeditor or restaurant server. A minimum high school diploma is preferred, alongside knowledge of health and safety regulations within food service settings. The job entails using point-of-sale systems and managing both interpersonal and customer service skills with honesty, courtesy, and respect. Physical demands of the role include standing, walking, climbing stairs, and the ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds, highlighting the active and dynamic nature of the position.

Employment benefits for this position are comprehensive and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, voluntary pet insurance, and access to an employee assistance program. Additional perks such as paid maternity leave, retirement plans including 401-K with matching contributions, free life insurance, paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and bereavement leave further demonstrate the employer's commitment to employee well-being and career growth opportunities. Also offered are employee recognition programs, holiday bonuses, referral incentives, and complimentary meals, contributing to a rewarding work environment.
