Job Description

MidiCi The Neapolitan Pizza Co. is a thriving restaurant brand dedicated to "bringing friends together" through delicious, authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas and a unique dining atmosphere. The current opening is for a Food Expediter, often referred to as an Expo. This role is crucial to maintaining the flow of orders from the kitchen to the guest tables quickly and efficiently. As the communication bridge between the kitchen and the front of the house, the Food Expediter ensures that food and beverages are delivered promptly, matching the guests' expectations and special requests. The position requires a deep knowledge of food preparation processes, the ability to manage time efficiently under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills to handle guest inquiries and collaborate with the Quality Assurance team. Job Duties

  • Ensure food and beverages arrive to guests in a timely manner

  • Maintain a clean and organized expediter station
  • Assist with training and cross-training initiatives
