Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license for car and scooter delivery
- social security number for background check
- state-issued id for car, scooter, and bike delivery
- at least 19 years old for car and scooter delivery
- at least 18 years old for bike delivery
- at least a 2-door vehicle for car delivery
Job Qualifications
- no prior delivery experience required
- ability to use a smartphone and related apps effectively
- good time management skills
- basic navigation and map reading skills
- reliable access to a car, scooter, or bike
- excellent customer service skills
Job Duties
- accept and complete delivery requests through the Postmates and Uber apps
- follow contact-free delivery protocols to ensure safety
- use a car, scooter, or bike to transport orders promptly
- manage multiple orders to optimize earnings and efficiency
- communicate with customers and support team as needed
- maintain personal vehicle or delivery equipment in safe working condition
- comply with local traffic and safety regulations
