- valid driver’s license for car and scooter delivery
- state-issued id for car, scooter, and bike delivery
- provide social security number for background check
- minimum age 19 for car and scooter delivery
- minimum age 18 for bike delivery
- vehicle with at least 2 doors for car delivery
- access to a car, scooter, or bike depending on delivery mode
- smartphone compatible with the app
