Job Requirements
- at least 19 years old for car and scooter delivery
- at least 18 years old for bike delivery
- provide Social Security Number for background check
- have a 2-door vehicle or larger for car delivery
- ability to work flexible hours
- ownership or access to a car, scooter, or bike permitted in the delivery area
- willingness to adhere to health and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license for car and scooter delivery
- state-issued ID for all delivery methods
- ability to understand and use GPS navigation
- strong customer service skills
- basic smartphone proficiency
- physical ability to carry and deliver items
- knowledge of vehicle operation relevant to chosen delivery method
Job Duties
- accept delivery requests and use GPS to navigate optimal routes
- pick up orders from restaurants and stores accurately and on time
- deliver items promptly to customers while maintaining friendly communication
- ensure order accuracy and handle items with care
- follow health and safety guidelines including contactless delivery options
- manage cash outs and earnings through the Postmates app
- comply with local traffic laws and company policies
