Job Requirements
- Meet the minimum age to deliver in your city
- Have a valid driver’s license in your name (for car)
- Provide Social Security number (US only)
- Consent to a background check
- Have an iPhone or Android smartphone
- Have a 2-door or 4-door car (for car delivery)
- Have a motorized scooter under 50cc (for scooter delivery)
- Have a government-issued ID (for bike delivery)
Job Qualifications
- Have a valid driver’s license (for car delivery)
- Possess a government-issued ID (for bike delivery)
- Own a smartphone with internet access
- Basic knowledge of local area and routes
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to handle physical activity related to deliveries
- Previous driving or delivery experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Accept delivery requests through the app
- Pick up items from designated locations promptly
- Deliver items safely and on time to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers and support team
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during deliveries
- Use GPS and app tools to navigate efficiently
- Manage multiple deliveries when applicable
