The role of Food and Beverage Attendant at Resorts World New York City is vital in maintaining the high standards of customer service and quality that guests expect. Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations

Job Duties

  • Properly stock food choices in their area, fresh, and safe for consumption based on cleanliness and health department standards and maintain outlet
  • comply with all department rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls and any local, state, federal rules and regulations
  • provide courteous, prompt and efficient service to each customer
  • prepare food and maintains a sanitary workplace in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
  • input all sales on the P.O.S. system and accept cash, coupons, comps, or any other acceptable form of payment in settlement of sale
  • balance the register at the end of shift and return bank at completion of shift
  • attend periodic meetings and training sessions
  • must present a neat and clean appearance at all times
  • perform other duties as assigned
