The Food Counter Server role at Tony Packo's is designed for individuals who are energetic, customer-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional dining experiences. Food Counter Servers at Tony Packo's work with limited supervision, reporting directly to the General Manager or Manager on Duty, and contribute to a cooperative team environment. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Good communication skills
Basic math proficiency
Ability to work flexible hours including peak times
Physical capability to lift and bend as required
Must demonstrate teamwork and cooperation

Job Duties

Cheerfully and sincerely greet each customer when making first contact
Ensure the quick and proper food preparation of menu items ordered by the guest
Use proper measuring procedures when preparing all menu items
Ensure the proper and immediate ringing on computer register of all food and beverage orders from customers
Ensure accurate and efficient sales transactions and service with a good knowledge of charges and substitutes for cash
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by continually wiping and spraying all work surfaces
Develop good working relationships with coworkers demonstrating cooperation and teamwork
Report irregularities to management regarding guest behavior, food and beverage concerns, employee relations, and equipment problems
Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
