APD's clients include people with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, Prader-Willi syndrome, Phelan-McDermid syndrome, intellectual disabilities, and young children at high risk of developmental disabilities, in the age range of 3 to 5 years. The agency operates with a mission to empower and improve the quality of life for these individuals, providing services at no charge or co-payment. Their website, www.apdcares.org, offers more detailed information about their mission and services.

This particular opportunity is for the position of Food Control Specialist / Cook at the APD facility named Tacachale located in Gainesville, Florida.
