We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the overall operation of our restaurant establishments. This key leadership role involves implementing and enforcing all named brand fast food (NBFF) and Exchange standards, ensuring the highest quality service and compliance with food safety guidelines. The Restaurant Manager will have direct responsibility for the financial performance of each restaurant, including managing daily receipts, overseeing fixed assets, and coordinating the ordering of food and supplies. This role demands a strong focus on meeting and exceeding published volume standards, with grading evaluations based on maintaining sales targets. As a volume-based position, success in this role is directly linked to the ability to drive revenue and optimize operational efficiency. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
  • Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures

  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
