The job includes specific responsibilities such as stocking and rotating food supplies in compliance with FIFO (First In First Out) principles and sustainability requirements, handling goods receiving, monthly inventory practices, and ensuring price communication is accurate across physical and digital platforms.\n\nA Food Handler Certification is mandatory for this position, and the manager will promptly schedule this certification for workers advanced to food handling duties. Onboarding includes a required 90-minute Food Safety Training completed on the first day. This training ensures all Food Co-Workers uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation while following workplace safety protocols. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepares, produces, and maintains Company Food menu items following company guidelines
- Serves all Company Food menu items according to specifications and approved standards
- Has knowledge of the company’s Food products, ingredients, and allergens
- Processes sales transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies
- Ensures continuous equipment operation by following instructions and performing maintenance
- Maintains cleanliness and order of dining areas and beverage stations
- Maintains a clean supply of dishes, utensils, and complies with Food Safety Standards
- Maintains Swedish Food Market merchandising, replenishment, and cleaning
- Ensures price communication on menus and digital platforms is accurate
- Stocks and rotates supplies adhering to First In/First Out and sustainability rules
- Applies policies and procedures for goods receiving and inventory
- Follows food handling, hygiene, and sanitation regulations closely
- Reports all concerns to managers immediately
