This job opportunity is for the position of Food Service Team Member at the Columbus location, under the Food & Restaurant department. It is a full-time permanent role, offering between 34 to 40 hours per week. The salary range for this position is $17.58 to $24.83 per hour, based on equivalent years of experience. The role is essential in ensuring the operational excellence of IKEA Food by preparing menu items according to IKEA Food standards, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, supporting customers, and managing food service operations efficiently. As a Food Co-worker, you will contribute to upholding IKEA’s Scandinavian heritage while delivering quality food experiences to over 660 million customers annually worldwide. Your responsibilities will include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, executing merchandising tasks, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
