Job Description

The hiring opportunity is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, a recognized leader in the fast-food industry specializing in Mexican-inspired food items. Taco Bell franchisees operate independently of Taco Bell Corp. or its affiliates, managing their own wage and benefits programs that may vary from one location to another. This means the prospective employee will be working directly for the franchise owner, who is an independent business operator, rather than the corporate entity. Taco Bell franchisees are known for their commitment to serving quality food quickly while maintaining friendly customer service, and they play an essential role in bringing the brand's unique offerings to local communities.

The available position is ideal for individuals who take pride in serving others with a "Here to Serve" attitude. As a Food Champion, you will be an integral part of the restaurant crew, primarily responsible for a range of tasks focused on delivering excellent customer experiences. These duties will include operating the restaurant drive-thru system efficiently, accurately taking and ringing up customer orders, and managing various payment methods. The role requires working diligently to prepare food ingredients and beverage orders, verifying that all items are correct before serving them to customers, and packaging food products properly. In addition to food preparation and customer interaction, you will be expected to maintain a clean and safe environment both in the work space and the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
