This role, designed to support the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers, plays a critical part in delivering an outstanding guest experience. The position involves maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, ensuring efficiency in table preparation and reset, managing buffet stock, and delivering prompt food service. The ideal candidate will be attentive, communicative, and capable of working collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to meet demanding hospitality standards. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals who take pride in fast, precise service and have a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

This is a service-oriented position eligible for tips and service charges, although discretionary performance bonuses are not included. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to grasp, lift, and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
  • ability to move or push goods on a hand cart or truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
  • strong communication skills including verbal and written abilities
  • availability to comply with attendance rules and participate in weekly performance reviews

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences such as supervisors, coworkers, and the public

Job Duties

  • Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare the table for resetting
  • promptly and consistently reset all service ware
  • deliver food orders to guests in a timely manner
  • monitor the buffet continuously to ensure food items remain stocked and presentable
  • communicate with kitchen staff regarding replenishment needs
  • maintenance of stock and clean linens for all meal periods, including the necessary equipment such as silverware, linen, and condiments
  • support servers by refilling beverages, condiments, and other supplies
  • transport all dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning
  • comply with attendance rules and be available for weekly reviews
  • perform any other job-related duties as assigned
