The Food & Beverage Manager position at The Retreat on Charleston Peak plays a crucial role in sustaining the high standards of the hotel's dining and event services. This is a full-time role offering a competitive annual salary of $65,000 USD, designed for an experienced professional dedicated to excellence in hospitality management. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the safe and efficient operation of the hotel’s restaurant and other food and beverage outlets, which could include the lounge, room service, and banquet facilities. The role requires strong leadership skills to supervise a diverse staff committed to delivering outstanding guest service while maximizing profitability for the hotel.

In this capacity, you will ensure that all food and beverage operations comply with health and safety regulations as mandated by state and federal laws. Job Requirements
