Job Duties
- Cook and bake food and pastries according to planned menu
- prepare reports to validate daily transactions and meal preparations
- ensure meal components are complete and accurate
- store food properly to maintain freshness and integrity
- provide food service to customers following meal schedules and procedures
- use and maintain culinary tools effectively, especially knives
- prepare food and beverages promptly
- enhance dishes with decorative garnishes
- assist with cleaning and organizing refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen tools
- follow prescribed food safety regulations including cleanliness and proper food handling
- adhere to uniform standards
- coordinate daily menu execution with manager
- regulate food temperature for safety
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and washing wares
- keep garbage collection areas and kitchen floor tidy and sanitary
- perform additional tasks as assigned to support kitchen operations
