The Food Attendant role at Aramark is pivotal in maintaining the high standards expected from their food service operations. Working closely with kitchen managers, the Food Attendant supports daily food preparation, ensures the accuracy of meal records, and assists with cash receipt tracking. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, punctual, and committed to food safety and sanitation standards. Job Duties

  • Cook and bake food and pastries according to planned menu
  • prepare reports to validate daily transactions and meal preparations
  • ensure meal components are complete and accurate
  • store food properly to maintain freshness and integrity
  • provide food service to customers following meal schedules and procedures
  • use and maintain culinary tools effectively, especially knives
  • prepare food and beverages promptly
  • enhance dishes with decorative garnishes
  • assist with cleaning and organizing refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen tools
  • follow prescribed food safety regulations including cleanliness and proper food handling
  • adhere to uniform standards
  • coordinate daily menu execution with manager
  • regulate food temperature for safety
  • maintain a clean and organized work area
  • perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and washing wares
  • keep garbage collection areas and kitchen floor tidy and sanitary
  • perform additional tasks as assigned to support kitchen operations
