  • PA criminal clearance required

Job Duties

  • Provide energetic, efficient, professional and friendly service to customers
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service to a diverse clientele
  • Prepare hot and cold beverages and sandwiches to customer specifications
  • Sell retail products offered by the operation
  • Prepare and serve all products following recipes and preparation techniques
  • Memorize and understand menu items and prepare according to specifications
  • Be aware of daily specials
  • Inventory products and order to maintain correct inventory levels
  • Accept cash, credit cards, department charges and OneCard
  • Complete cashier reports according to operating procedures
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
  • Assist in cleaning all areas and equipment
  • Keep equipment operating correctly
  • Set up food stations
  • Collaborate to maintain appropriate backup ingredients
  • Prepare ingredients and label containers with name and date
