Job Requirements
- Must pass pre-employment background screen
- available to work Monday-Friday, Saturdays and evenings as needed
- must possess a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record search
- hold licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
- strong knowledge of food safety preferred
Job Qualifications
- Meet requirements to obtain CP-FS certification
- strong knowledge of food safety preferred
- ServSafe and/or CP-FS certification(s) a plus
- excellent listening, organization, communication, and time management skills
- strong technical knowledge of food safety preferred
Job Duties
- Conduct assessments that measure conformity to established regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards for clients
- observe food preparation and cooking standards to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practices
- partner with clients to address root causes of assessment discrepancies and develop corrective action plans
- teach and coach clients on creating safer and healthier workplace environments
- travel 50%-70%, including some evening and weekend work
- conduct audits and inspections
- implement and monitor food safety protocols
- train and educate staff
- investigate food safety incidents
- ensure compliance with regulations
- maintain documentation and records
- influence others with tact and skill
- provide clear and constructive feedback
- work autonomously
- manage flexible work schedules
- organize and prioritize work effectively
