Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- 2+ previous food service or healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
- Strong communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking English
- Basic computer skills

- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Customer relations experience

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals for patients, café service, and catering events following established recipes and production sheets
- Create and update menus, recipes, and production records in collaboration with leadership to support dietary compliance and operational efficiency
- Maintain clean and sanitary workspaces, equipment, and storage areas by following HACCP guidelines and recording temperatures accurately
- Oversee food production activities ensuring proper portioning, batch cooking, and adherence to culinary standards for patient and retail services
- Communicate effectively with the FANS Coordinator and team members to coordinate daily operations, resolve issues, and ensure service expectations are met
- Follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Perform other duties as assigned
