Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current state-issued driver’s license
- Excellent driving record
- Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles
- Willingness to adhere to InnovAge policies and procedures
- Ability to load and unload supplies
- Availability to work scheduled hours
- Ability to obtain background screening if required
Job Qualifications

- Bilingual skills preferred
- Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Deliver food, medications and supplies to InnovAge Centers, participants and associated facilities
- Utilize routing software to coordinate scheduling and ensure timely delivery
- Load and unload food and supplies safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned vehicle
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance with the Transportation Manager
- Drive InnovAge vehicles responsibly using defensive driving skills
- Assist with additional tasks as requested by management
