The Food and Medical Supplies Delivery Driver role at InnovAge is vital to the smooth operation and delivery of essential services within the company. This position involves the timely and accurate delivery of food, medications, and medical supplies to and from InnovAge Centers, participants, and associated facilities in the Greater Colorado area. The driver utilizes routing software to efficiently coordinate scheduling and delivery tasks, ensuring that all items reach their destinations on time. Additionally, this role requires the driver to load and unload supplies safely, maintain the cleanliness and safety of the assigned vehicle, and coordinate maintenance according to company policies. Safe and responsible driving, including the use of defensive driving skills, is a key expectation in this role.

Beyond delivery duties, the driver also plays a supportive role, assisting with other tasks as requested by management. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a current state-issued driver’s license, and an excellent driving record. Bilingual candidates are preferred, reflecting InnovAge’s commitment to serving a diverse community. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $19.76 to $22.74 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
