Job Description

Our establishment is a dynamic and esteemed restaurant and events management company dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences and memorable events. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of quality, service, and hospitality to satisfy our diverse clientele. With a focus on excellence and continual improvement, we operate in a fast-paced environment where team collaboration, innovation, and guest satisfaction are paramount. Our branches emphasize creating a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff, fostering a culture that promotes growth, development, and outstanding service outcomes.

The role of Restaurant and Events Manager is a pivotal position within our organization. This full-time opportunity involves overseeing daily restaurant operations and event spaces, managing food and beverage service staff, and ensuring that sanitation and quality standards are maintained consistently. The manager supports the team by assisting servers and hosts during peak meal periods, engaging directly with guests to enhance their experience, and ensuring that any concerns or complaints are handled with professionalism and care. This role also plays a critical part in menu planning, monitoring inventory, and controlling operational costs to maximize financial performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive team environment, delivering coaching and feedback to staff, cross-training team members, and maintaining open communication with the Food and Beverage Director and General Manager.

In this position, you will be given the autonomy to implement operating policies, coordinate with suppliers, and supervise maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are functioning optimally. You'll also handle the daily financial reconciliation, securing deposits and locking the facility at the end of operations. The role demands flexibility to respond effectively to challenges such as staffing shortages or fluctuating business demands while maintaining focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent diploma in hotel management or hospitality and possess a minimum of one year of direct supervisory experience in the restaurant or events industry. Experience within Hilton or similar international hospitality brands is considered an asset. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, inventory tracking, guest satisfaction monitoring software, and other relevant computer applications is essential. This role offers the chance to develop professionally in a supportive and dynamic environment where you can contribute significantly to both guest satisfaction and business success. Join us if you are passionate about hospitality, leadership, and operational excellence, and eager to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant restaurant and events setting.
