Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in full service restaurant environment
- supervisory experience or ability to pass front of house manager requirements
- customer service experience
- minimum age of 19 years
- availability to complete ServSafe certifications
- physical ability to perform medium strength tasks including lifting, standing, walking, twisting, reaching
- ability to work in confined areas and perform repetitious activities
- ability to communicate effectively
- must meet physical demands of job
- willingness to adhere to CCRH hiring preference policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years previous experience in a full service restaurant environment required, three years preferred
- two years previous supervisory experience or ability to pass front of house manager service requirements
- customer service experience
- prior interviewing and hiring experience preferred
- Alcohol ServSafe and Food ServSafe certifications preferred or ability to obtain during training cycle
- must be 19 years of age or older
- proficiency with Microsoft Word preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant venues by organizing and directing worker training programs
- resolve personnel problems
- create schedules
- discipline employees as needed
- evaluate employee performance
- work in any restaurant position as necessary to alleviate labor shortages including food outlet bank and cashiering
- work closely with Area Food and Beverage Managers on venue fiscal budgets
- remain on the restaurant floor throughout shifts to ensure smooth operation
- monitor compliance with health and fire regulations
- monitor payroll accuracy
- investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality and service
- complete accurate daily reports
- ensure compliance with all Idaho State, county, local, and tribal liquor laws
- correct ticket mistakes in the POS system
- perform other projects and duties as assigned
