Job Requirements
- Must possess a high level of self-confidence
- basic math skills
- strong communication skills
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to walk frequently throughout the venue
- ability to project voice for marketing purposes
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and event days
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication skills including listening and responding to guest inquiries
- basic math skills to accurately account for cash and inventory
- ability to sell assigned items confidently
- effective interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Circulate among guests within assigned sections
- call out and sell alcohol or other food and beverage products
- serve alcoholic beverages responsibly
- request identification
- adhere to unit and company alcohol service policies
- use handheld device to process credit card sales
