Job Requirements

Applicant must be at least 18 years of age
commercial kitchen and/or restaurant experience preferred
must obtain City of Norman cash handling certification
must obtain Cleveland County Food Handlers Permit
must obtain ABLE Serving License
knowledge of state alcohol laws and Cleveland County rules and regulations
ability to maintain regular, predictable and punctual attendance
ability to lift and carry moderately heavy (25-50lbs) supplies, materials, and equipment frequently
work requires continued walking, stooping, and standing
selected applicant must pass background investigation, physical examination, and drug screen
