maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
implement regular cleaning of equipment and guest areas
restock essential items like cups and lids at your station
process orders at the drive thru or front counter pos and manage payments when necessary
adhere to speed of service standards to ensure guest satisfaction
engage with guests in a friendly and helpful manner
support a guest-focused culture throughout the restaurant
communicate clearly with colleagues and managers to ensure smooth operations
organize and maintain stockroom and refrigerated areas
