Job Duties

- maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
- implement regular cleaning of equipment and guest areas
- restock essential items like cups and lids at your station
- process orders at the drive thru or front counter pos and manage payments when necessary
- adhere to speed of service standards to ensure guest satisfaction
- engage with guests in a friendly and helpful manner
- support a guest-focused culture throughout the restaurant
- communicate clearly with colleagues and managers to ensure smooth operations
- organize and maintain stockroom and refrigerated areas
