Job Duties

  • prepare food items and beverages efficiently
  • assemble, package, and serve orders to guests
  • familiarize yourself with the menu, including limited-time offers, to effectively answer guest inquiries
  • maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
  • implement regular cleaning of equipment and guest areas
  • restock essential items like cups and lids at your station
  • process orders at the drive thru or front counter pos and manage payments when necessary
  • adhere to speed of service standards to ensure guest satisfaction
  • engage with guests in a friendly and helpful manner
  • support a guest-focused culture throughout the restaurant
  • communicate clearly with colleagues and managers to ensure smooth operations
  • organize and maintain stockroom and refrigerated areas
