The Food & Beverage Team Leader role at Target plays a crucial part in ensuring the consistent delivery of quality food products and services to guests. In this role, the Food & Beverage Team Leader will oversee all operations related to food stocking, food safety, inventory accuracy, and merchandising presentation across the Food & Beverage section within the store. They are responsible for fostering a guest-first culture focused on freshness and high-quality food offerings. The leader will plan daily and weekly workloads to support sales goals, manage personnel including training and coaching hourly team members, and ensure compliance with all food safety standards. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while prioritizing guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Core responsibilities include delivering the guest experience by coaching and holding team members accountable, reviewing sales and operational metrics to drive improvements, and coordinating with store leadership to align business priorities. The Team Leader will also maintain partnerships with vendors to ensure consistent inventory availability, monitor compliance with federal and local regulations, and maintain a safe and secure working environment. Leadership extends to managing hiring and onboarding processes, supporting diverse brand partnerships such as Starbucks and Pizza Hut where applicable, and demonstrating ethical conduct and inclusivity.

Job Requirements

Job Duties
