Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays and peak shopping times
- Capability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Ability to work in refrigeration and freezer temperatures
- Ability to remain mobile throughout the duration of scheduled shifts
- Ability to interpret instructions, reports and information
- Accurate cash register operation skills
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices
- Commitment to comply with federal, state, and local laws including adult beverage laws where applicable
- Willingness to follow all safety and security training and processes
- Ability to climb ladders if required
- Availability to occasionally assume store-level leadership on duty responsibilities

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail and/or food experience preferred but not required
- Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business
- Leadership skills including interviewing, training, coaching, evaluating and developing talent
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment

Job Duties
- Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience
- Ensure every team member understands, is trained, and consistently delivers on Target's guest experience commitments and consistent operations
- Actively observe and provide feedback, holding team members accountable while recognizing great guest experience moments
- Review area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities, take action to improve, and align team on the right behaviors and execution
- Understand sales goals, plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement, including merchandising, pricing, changes to salesfloor merchandise displays, sampling and promotions
- Lead a guest-focused, efficient Food & Beverage team that strives to deliver the Food & Beverage standards by completing the Food & Beverage Daily Standards walk
- Assess backroom and sales floor areas of Food & Beverage and Food Service on a daily basis by walking the Target Food & Beverage Standards
- Prioritize business needs and identify workload tasks for the team
- Review reporting to identify business trends for follow-up
- Establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable
- Partner with the store leadership team through communication and collaboration to influence sales performance and workload deliverables
- Maintain a fresh, full and food safe area during all operating hours leveraging strong inventory management, area routines and Food Safety policies and procedures
- Assign daily tasks to team members based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns
- Validate and follow-up on team members' progress against assigned workload tasks and best practices
- Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices
- Lead team huddles to communicate focuses and trends
- Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors to ensure brand standards are met and areas are reliably in-stock
- Ensure product is available for guests by placing store-initiated orders
- Remain up-to-date on relevant trends and products to educate team members
- Support hiring and onboarding processes
- Participate in team hiring and onboarding processes
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive-up
- Maintain compliance culture while executing duties
- Become a subject matter expert in adult beverage laws where applicable
- Lead team to uphold all Starbucks and Pizza Hut Brand Standards where applicable
- Complete required Food Safety Manager Certification and other training
- Foster relationships with Starbucks district manager
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
