Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work in refrigeration and freezer temperatures
- capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- knowledgeable in using multiple frequency devices and handheld scanners
- access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- climb ladders if needed
- interpret instructions, reports and information
- comply with federal, state, and local laws
- able to work in varying temperatures and humidity
- willing to take on store leadership on duty responsibilities occasionally
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail and/or food experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- deliver guest experience commitments to create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience
- ensure every team member understands, is trained, and consistently delivers on Target’s guest experience commitments and operations
- review guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities and take action
- plan and execute daily and weekly workloads to achieve sales goals and guest engagement
- maintain fresh, full, and food safe areas using inventory management and food safety protocols
- lead, train, coach, and develop a team of hourly team members
- foster partnerships with vendors and support hiring and onboarding new team members
