The role of Team Leader at Dig World is an excellent opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoy leading teams to success. This position involves managing multiple operational aspects across various departments including Food & Beverage, Retail, Park Arrivals, and Janitorial services. Team Leaders play an essential role in ensuring a quality and safe product is delivered consistently to guests while creating a positive and empowering work environment for team members.
Team Leaders at Dig World are hands-on leaders who embrace a servant leadership style. They prioritize the guest experience and exhibit strong managerial skills in administering daily operational tasks. Responsibilities include executing daily operational checklists for opening, operating, and closing theme park activities, efficiently scheduling and managing employee breaks according to guest volume, training staff on job duties, supporting Operations Managers with administrative tasks such as inventory control, and stepping into operational roles as needed to maintain smooth park functions.
This role demands a flexible, collaborative, and driven individual who can balance administrative responsibilities with direct guest service and team leadership. By fostering a culture of operational and service excellence, Team Leaders contribute significantly to making Dig World a special place for guests and employees alike. - Experience in hospitality leadership roles
