Job Requirements
- Experience in hospitality leadership roles
- Ability to complete administrative tasks including operational checklists and inventory
- Capability to schedule and manage employee breaks
- Willingness to work in various operational roles as needed
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Commitment to delivering a high-quality guest experience
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Experience managing team members in hospitality or theme park settings
- Ability to lead with a servant leadership style
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience training employees and managing schedules
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in guest services
- Ability to operate various roles within theme park operations

Job Duties
- Completing daily operational checklists for opening, operation, and closing of theme park
- Scheduling and administering employee breaks efficiently according to guest volume
- Training employees on job duties across various theme park operations
- Supporting Operations Managers in administrative duties such as conducting inventory
- Working in operational positions as needed
- Serving as a service role model
- Contributing to building a culture of operational and service excellence
- Performing other duties as assigned
