Job Requirements

  • experience as assistant manager or higher
  • ability to start relatively soon
  • schedule flexibility including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • leadership experience in food and beverage operations
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • proficiency in computer systems
  • ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Job Duties

  • assist in managing the Article One - American Grill and Bar, In-Room Dining, and the Regency Club Lounge
  • supervise banquet event room setups, service, and equipment maintenance
  • ensure exceptional guest experiences in food and beverage outlets and banquet functions
  • manage scheduling and payroll for the Food and Beverage team
  • provide training and coaching to develop team members
  • collaborate closely with the leadership team on operational strategies
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency
