We are currently offering a temporary position as a Taskforce Food and Beverage Manager at Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill. This role is designed to support the additional business needs of our operations, particularly in our Food and Beverage department. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who have experience as an Assistant Manager or higher in similar settings and are looking for a dynamic and short-term role with the potential to make a significant impact. The Taskforce Food and Beverage Manager will be integral in managing key areas within our Food and Beverage operations, including outlets such as the redesigned Article One - American Grill and Bar, In-Room Dining services, and the all-new Regency Club Lounge. This role also includes oversight of banquet functions where the manager will supervise event room setups, service delivery, and maintenance of all banquet equipment.
The manager in this role will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience while managing day-to-day operations. This includes scheduling, payroll management, staff training, and coaching to develop a high-performing team. Flexibility in scheduling is a must, as this position requires availability on days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the varied demands of the hotel’s Food and Beverage services. The hourly pay range for this temporary role commences from $27.31 up to $45.19 per hour, commensurate with experience. Job Duties
