Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous food or grocery experience preferred
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle cash register operations as needed
- Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in environments from 34°F to -10°F
- Ability to work with common allergens present
- Ability to remain mobile throughout the scheduled shift
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by prioritizing guest needs over tasks
- Uphold and maintain food and beverage standards
- Execute processes including deliveries, replenishment, straightening merchandise, in-stocks, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing reserve products
- Follow all food safety requirements outlined in Target policies
- Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales
- Work with vendors to set and maintain merchandise displays and organized backroom spaces
- Locate and process damaged, recalled, or expired items according to policy
- Be knowledgeable about in-store tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues
- Execute all federal, state and local adult beverage laws
- Use and care for store and personal protective equipment
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Work safely and report hazards
- Support guest services including backup cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up
- Greet guests and engage to solve needs
- Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements
