Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Scan handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in temperature ranges from 34 degrees Fahrenheit to -10 degrees Fahrenheit as needed
- Ability to work in environments where common allergens may be present
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operation
- Uphold and maintain execution of Food & Beverage standards
- Execute food & beverage processes including deliveries replenishment straightening merchandise in-stocks routines data accuracy culling rotation cleaning signing and organizing reserve product
- Follow all food safety requirements outlined in Target policies and procedures
- Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales
- Work with vendors to set maintain and change salesfloor merchandise displays and organize backroom space
- Locate identify damaged recalled or expired items and process according to company policies
- Demonstrate ethical conduct compliance and safety in all tasks
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier order pick up and Drive-up and maintain compliance culture when executing these duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
