Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to climb ladders and handle merchandise up to 44 pounds
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work in temperature-varied environments from 34 degrees Fahrenheit to -10 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in spaces with common allergens
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
- ability to accurately handle cash register operations as needed
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology
- ability to work independently and with a team
- strong problem solving and attention to detail
- ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- capable of accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes
Job Duties
- deliver an exceptional guest experience during all hours of operations
- uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage standards
- execute Food & Beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, merchandise straightening, in-stock routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and storing reserve product
- follow all food safety requirements according to Target's policies
- use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales
- work with vendors to set and maintain merchandise displays and organized backroom
- locate and process damaged, recalled, or expired items as per policies
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up as needed
- greet and engage guests in a welcoming manner
- complete all other duties based on business needs
