Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, with some supervisory experience
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- degree or diploma in hospitality management is preferred
- certification in food safety or hospitality management
- experience working in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment
- proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- leadership training or experience managing a diverse team
- multilingual abilities to better serve a diverse clientele
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of food and beverage service areas to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to prevent shortages or excess waste
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all F&B outlets
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to optimize service delivery and resolve operational issues
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for management review
